Victoria Scully is a full-time Pilates and movement instructor with a passion for helping individuals reach their fitness goals and move through injuries in a way that’s tailored to their unique bodies.

With a background ranging from musical theatre to being a wellness consultant, she brings creativity, adaptability, and energy to every class while staying rooted in natural health and anatomy-based practices. Whether students are seeking a challenging workout or a more restorative and supportive experience, Victoria can offer a variety of offerings and movement practices.

With over 5 years of teaching experience, Victoria specializes in meeting people where they are in their fitness journey. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, working on injury prevention, or simply looking to better understand and explore the boundaries of your capabilities, she believes in tuning into the mind-body and ensuring each movement serves you, no matter your starting point or end goal.

Victoria is a certified Contemporary Mat Pilates Instructor and 600hr Comprehensive Classical Apprentice, a Certified Personal Trainer, 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Meditation and Breathwork Coach. These diverse certifications allow her to blend various modalities and techniques into her classes, offering a range of experiences from fun and upbeat to slow and simmering, always adapting to situation. Her classes are designed to empower, support, and help individuals feel stronger and more confident in their movement, both on and off the mat.
